The Mom Parts Method in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

For Clinicians + Practitioners

Who Support Moms

abstract maternal figures collage

Two days. One shared intention:

To make space for the parts that motherhood brings forward — in moms themselves and in the people who support them.

Meet Your Facilitators + Host

Jessica is a maternal mental health expert, speaker, educator, author of When Good Moms Feel Bad, and creator of the Mom Parts Method.

Meredith is a certified psychedelic assisted therapist, brainspotting consultant, and clinician educator; specializing in trauma-informed and experiential clinician education.

Jessica and Meredith co-created Mom Parts KAP to bring a trauma-informed, non-pathologizing approach to Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for mothers.

Ilana has been a local anchor for Mom Parts KAP; helping connect the people, places, and relationships that make this in-person gathering possible.

Thursday, November 12

9:30am–2:30pm ET

West Village, New York City
Exact location will be provided upon registration.

  • Learn the Mom Parts Method — explore the framework and how the method helps make sense of the complex and often polarized experience of motherhood.

  • Translate the framework into clinical practice — explore how the Mom Parts Method can inform KAP preparation, dosing sessions, integration, and your clinical work with mothers.

  • Experience a Mom Parts Salon for yourself — move out of clinician/learner mode and into a guided, medicine-free experiential process so you can feel what the work is like from the participant side.

  • Learn directly from Jessica Tomich Sorci, creator of the Mom Parts Method and coauthor of When Good Moms Feel Bad, alongside Meredith Futernick-Gerak’s KAP and experiential clinical lens.

  • Space for reflection, conversation, and connection with other clinicians and practitioners who are passionate about finding a better way to support mothers.

  • Share lunch together with room to slow down, connect, and let the learning settle rather than rushing from one presentation to the next.

  • Leave with a framework you can actually use — not just more information, but a clearer way of recognizing and responding to the parts that show up in motherhood.

Supporting maternal mental health beyond this gathering:

A portion of net proceeds from this event will be donated to Postpartum Support International (PSI), a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing awareness and access to resources for postpartum support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is Thursday for?

Thursday is designed for clinicians and practitioners who support moms and want to learn the Mom Parts Method and how we apply it in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) preparation, dosing, and integration.

Do I need to know the Mom Parts Method already?

No. We’ll begin with the framework itself, so you do not need prior experience with Mom Parts, IFS, or KAP.

What will we actually do?

We’ll explore the Mom Parts Method and how it can inform KAP preparation, dosing, and integration. Then we’ll shift from learning into an experiential Mom Parts Salon so you can experience the method for yourself.

Is there ketamine on Thursday?

No. Thursday is completely medicine-free.

Where is it?

Thursday's event will take place on the Lower East Side in New York City. The exact address will be sent to registered participants before the gathering.

Can I also attend Friday's event?

Yes. Clinicians are welcome to join Friday’s experiential gathering too, and the two-day registration option is offered at a slightly reduced rate. More information here.

Why are there different pricing tiers?

We’re offering tiered pricing because we want the experience to be accessible to folks with different financial circumstances without creating different levels of participation.

Every tier includes the same full experience. The lower rate is there for those who need more financial flexibility, the standard rate reflects the usual cost of participation, and the higher rate gives people with greater capacity a way to help support broader access.

There’s no application or explanation required—just choose the rate that feels most sustainable for you right now.
