Each month we explore a new Mom Parts theme through clinical teaching, guided reflection, community, and psycholytic (low-dose) KAP—from preparation through dosing and integration.

A non-pathologizing, matrescence-informed approach to understanding maternal internal systems — explored through a KAP preparation, dosing, and integration framework.

The fourth hour focuses on reflection, group discussion, and clinical application. (1 NBCC CE hour)
✦ Medicine-free participation is available and fully supported at every Lab.

Name common challenges encountered by mothers that increase susceptibility to perfectionism.
Describe the motivating hopes and fears of perfectionistic Mom Parts.

Differentiate “Good Mom” manager parts from “Bad Mom” firefighter parts.
Identify at least two components of the Good Mom/Bad Mom Loop, and explain how those components affect each other.

After participating, clinicians will be able to:
Differentiate values-aligned responsibility from protector-driven overresponsibility by exploring the part’s stories, fears, bodily responses, and positive intentions.
Hold space for the Responsible Mom Part’s protective role while expanding access to support, flexibility, and choice.
Apply Mom Parts mapping in KAP preparation, dosing, and integration.

This group led to healing for myself in ways I wasn't prepared for or even thought would happen. Not only has it allowed me to approach motherhood from a different perspective, it also allowed for healing from past stages I didn't know was needing to happen."
This work has been so helpful for me in developing compassion for these hardworking parts and room for expansion to allow them to rest so that I can be ready for this next chapter."
Both Meredith and Jessica brought valuable insights, as well as created a safe space to explore ourselves with compassion and grace."
