Motherhood can bring forward parts of us that feel anxious, perfectionistic, angry, resentful, overwhelmed, self-critical, fiercely protective, numb, or desperate for space.

These experiences are often treated as problems to correct. But what if they are adaptive responses trying to protect something vulnerable?

What we’ll explore together

  • Why motherhood can reactivate old wounds, protective strategies, and competing internal experiences
  • How to approach anger, anxiety, guilt, grief, shame, and ambivalence without pathologizing them
  • How the Mom Parts framework reveals the protective intelligence beneath difficult reactions
  • How a Mom Parts lens can support KAP preparation, dosing, and integration
  • What mothers and the clinicians who support them may actually need from this work

You are welcome here

Come from lived experience, professional curiosity, or both. No previous experience with Mom Parts or ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is needed.

  • Moms seeking a more compassionate way to understand their inner experience
  • Clinicians and practitioners who support mothers
  • Practitioners who are also navigating their own Mom Parts
  • Anyone curious about Mom Parts, KAP, or the intersection of the two
