MOM PARTS KAP • NEW YORK CITY • FRIDAY NOVEMBER 13, 2026

Join us for:

Mom Parts Experiential

A space to slow down, notice what parts are present, and move through the Mom Parts Method in a supported group setting.

Participants may choose to engage the experience with or without low-dose ketamine. Medicine is completely optional; the experiential is designed to stand on its own.

The morning includes the guided Mom Parts experience, followed by shared lunch and spacious integration.

The Mom Parts Method helps moms tune in to their inner world and begin noticing the different parts of themselves that show up in motherhood. Instead of seeing intense emotions, conflicting needs, or difficult thoughts as signs that something is wrong, the method normalizes that moms have many parts—and that even the parts that feel messy, critical, angry, anxious, or overwhelmed are trying to help in some way.

By making room for the truths about motherhood that are often hidden by shame, the Mom Parts Method helps moms relate to themselves with more compassion, curiosity, and connection. It supports greater self-regulation while helping moms understand the deeper emotional pain beneath what they are experiencing.

Mom Parts KAP applies the Mom Parts Method across preparation, dosing, and integration. When ketamine is included, it can add a restorative sense of spaciousness to the process—creating a little more room around the usual noise, urgency, self-criticism, or emotional intensity.

That spaciousness can make it easier to notice parts without becoming as quickly overwhelmed by them and to approach what arises with more curiosity, compassion, and flexibility.

In this gathering, ketamine is optional.

You can participate fully in the experiential work with or without medicine.

You do not need any prior experience with Mom Parts, IFS, or Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to join us.

  • Small-group, supported experiential setting

Also included with your registration:

  • 90 minute virtual preparation session Tuesday 11/10 from 12-1:30pm ET

    • This preparation session helps create the container before we meet in person. We’ll orient you to the Mom Parts Method, talk through what to expect on Friday, make space for questions, and help you begin noticing what parts, intentions, hopes, or concerns may already be present.

  • 90 minute virtual integration session Monday 11/16 from 11am-12:30pm ET

    • The integration session happens after the in-person gathering and offers space to reflect on what surfaced, what felt meaningful, and what may still be unfolding. We’ll use the Mom Parts framework to help make sense of the experience and explore how to carry any insights, emotions, or shifts back into everyday life.

Both sessions are designed to help the experience feel less like a single isolated event and more like a supported arc of preparation → experience → integration.

Supporting maternal mental health beyond this gathering:

A portion of net proceeds from this event will be donated to Postpartum Support International (PSI), a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing awareness and access to resources for postpartum support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior experience with Mom Parts, IFS, or KAP?

No. We’ll orient you to the process and guide you step by step.

What will we actually do?

Friday is centered on experience rather than teaching. We’ll slow down, notice what parts are present, and move through a supported Mom Parts process, followed by shared lunch and integration.

Do I have to take ketamine?

No. Low-dose ketamine is optional. You can participate fully in the experiential work without medicine.

What does ketamine add to the experience?

For some participants, low-dose ketamine can create a restorative sense of spaciousness around the usual noise, urgency, self-criticism, or emotional intensity, making it easier to notice what is present with curiosity and compassion.

Are there virtual preparation and integration sessions?

Yes. Virtual preparation is Tuesday, November 10 from 12:00–1:30pm ET, and virtual integration is Monday, November 16 from 11:00am–12:30pm ET. Your registration email includes the Zoom and Google Calendar links.
