MOM PARTS KAP • NEW YORK CITY • THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2026

Join us for Day 1:

For clinicians and practitioners who work with moms.

A spacious, in-person learning experience for clinicians who want to learn the Mom Parts Method and how we apply it in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) preparation, dosing, and integration.

The Mom Parts Method helps moms tune in to their inner world and begin noticing the different parts of themselves that show up in motherhood. Instead of seeing intense emotions, conflicting needs, or difficult thoughts as signs that something is wrong, the method normalizes that moms have many parts—and that even the parts that feel messy, critical, angry, anxious, or overwhelmed are trying to help in some way.

By making room for the truths about motherhood that are often hidden by shame, the Mom Parts Method helps moms relate to themselves with more compassion, curiosity, and connection. It supports greater self-regulation while helping moms understand the deeper emotional pain beneath what they are experiencing.

Mom Parts KAP applies the Mom Parts Method across preparation, dosing, and integration. When ketamine is included, it can add a restorative sense of spaciousness to the process—creating a little more room around the usual noise, urgency, self-criticism, or emotional intensity.

That spaciousness can make it easier to notice parts without becoming as quickly overwhelmed by them and to approach what arises with more curiosity, compassion, and flexibility.

You do not need any prior experience with Mom Parts, IFS, or Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to join us.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is Day 1 for?

Thursday is designed for clinicians and practitioners who support moms and want to learn the Mom Parts framework while also experiencing it personally.

Do I need to know the Mom Parts Method already?

No. We’ll begin with the framework itself, so you do not need prior experience with Mom Parts, IFS, or KAP.

What will we actually do?

We’ll explore the Mom Parts Method and how it can inform KAP preparation, dosing, and integration. Then we’ll shift from learning into an experiential Mom Parts Salon so you can encounter the work from the inside.

Is there ketamine on Day 1?

No. Day 1 is completely medicine-free.

Where is it?

Day 1 will take place on the Lower East Side in New York City. The exact address will be sent to registered participants before the gathering.

Can I also attend Day 2?

Yes. Clinicians are welcome to join Friday’s experiential gathering too, and the two-day registration option is offered at a slightly reduced bundled rate.

Why are there different pricing tiers?

All tiers include the same Thursday experience. Choose the rate that best fits your current financial capacity.
