What if these parts are not the problem?

Motherhood can bring forward parts of you that feel anxious, perfectionistic, angry, resentful, overwhelmed, self-critical, fiercely protective, numb, or desperate for space. These experiences are often treated as problems to correct. We’ll explore what changes when we understand them as adaptive responses trying to protect something vulnerable.

  • The part that believes everything depends on you
  • The part that tries to get motherhood exactly right
  • The part that longs for room, rest, or a different way
  • The part that fears what your reactions might mean about you

What we’ll explore together
