A Gentle Guide for the Journey

Every journey has a beginning, a middle, and an end.

Wherever your experience takes you, you will return

back to yourself, back to the present, back to solid ground.

This journey is yours.

You may travel through memory, imagination, emotion, or sensation.

There is no right way to experience this.

We can welcome whatever arises.

You are not alone here.
I am with you, holding this space with care.

You can speak, or be silent.
You can ask for support, or simply rest into it.

If something beautiful emerges, let it fill you.
Soften into it.

If something difficult arises, try to stay curious.
You can move toward it with gentleness and ask,
“What are you here to show me?”

You don’t need to make sense of it all right now.
Insight unfolds over time.

We’ll explore it together later, piece by piece.

Let your body guide you.
You may want to move, cry, laugh, or make sounds.
Follow what feels natural.

Your breath is your anchor.

Inhale. Exhale. Trust your rhythm.

Let the music hold you.

When things feel intense or unfamiliar, come back to it.

Trust the process.
Trust the medicine.
Trust your own inner healing intelligence.
It knows the way.

This is a sacred journey inward.
And no matter how deep you go,
you will come back.

I’m here with you holding this container,
so you can fully let go and meet whatever comes.
