Identify protective patterns connected to over-functioning, self-criticism, and fear of getting it wrong.
Apply Mom Parts Method techniques to explore perfectionism in preparation, experiential work, and integration.

No. Medicine-free participation is available. You can participate in the teaching, experiential work, reflection, and clinical application without using ketamine.
Mom Parts KAP Labs are designed for clinicians who are interested in maternal mental health, parts-informed work, KAP, experiential learning, and clinical application.
Each Lab includes up to 3 NBCC clock hours for eligible live participation. CE requirements, including attendance and evaluation requirements, will be provided with the individual Lab details.
Educational portions may be recorded when appropriate, but personal experiential and integration portions are not recorded in order to protect participant privacy.
Medication is prescribed and medically managed by an independent licensed medical provider. Meredith and Jessica do not prescribe medication or direct your medical treatment.
You’ll receive confirmation after registration, followed by your Zoom link, preparation guidance, experiential details, and any additional group information you need before the Lab.
Prior experience is not required unless a specific Lab says otherwise. The Labs are structured to support both clinicians who are newer to the work and those already familiar with KAP or parts-informed approaches.
