Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases and registrations for educational programs, professional trainings, workshops, consultation groups, experiential programs, continuing-education programs, digital materials, and related offerings provided by Integrative Journey Modern Psychotherapy Co. (“Integrative Journey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By completing a purchase or registration, you acknowledge that your participation is also subject to any program-specific participation agreement, informed consent, safety agreement, group agreement, refund policy, or other terms linked or provided in connection with that offering.

2. Nature of Offerings

Integrative Journey provides professional education, clinician training, consultation, experiential learning, continuing education, digital resources, and related programming.

Unless an offering is expressly identified as psychotherapy or another clinical service, participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship with Integrative Journey, its presenters, facilitators, collaborators, or guest faculty.

Educational and experiential programming is not a substitute for individualized medical, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic, emergency, or other professional care.

3. Program-Specific Participation Requirements

Certain offerings, including experiential and KAP-related programs, may require participants to review and comply with additional participation agreements, safety requirements, group agreements, disclosures, or informed-consent materials.

Those program-specific materials are incorporated into and form part of the participant’s agreement with Integrative Journey for that offering.

If a program-specific term conflicts with these general Terms, the program-specific term will control with respect to that particular offering.

4. Eligibility

Certain offerings may be limited to licensed or pre-licensed clinicians, healthcare professionals, or other specifically identified participants.

By registering, you represent that information you provide regarding your professional status, credentials, or eligibility is accurate.

Integrative Journey may decline or cancel a registration if a participant does not meet the stated eligibility requirements.

5. Experiential and KAP-Related Programs

Some offerings include experiential learning related to ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (“KAP”), psycholytic-oriented work, somatic practices, guided exercises, integration, or related approaches.

Additional risks, responsibilities, medical-provider requirements, safety expectations, participation choices, emergency procedures, and other terms applicable to those experiences are described in the program-specific participation and safety materials provided for the applicable program.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Integrative Journey and its educational facilitators do not prescribe medication or independently provide medical clearance through the purchase of an educational program.

Participant autonomy is not affected by the refund policy. Participants retain the right to pause, decline, modify, opt out of, or discontinue participation in any experiential activity at any time. Exercising that right does not alter the applicable refund, transfer, or credit policy.

6. Continuing Education

Continuing-education credit is available only for programs specifically identified as CE-eligible.

Program materials will identify the number and type of credits available and the requirements for receiving credit, including any attendance or evaluation requirements.

Participants are responsible for determining whether a program’s continuing-education credit satisfies the requirements of their licensing board, certifying organization, employer, or jurisdiction.

7. Pricing

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

The price applicable to a purchase is the price displayed when registration is completed.

Prices and offerings may change prospectively, but a subsequent price change will not alter a completed purchase except where required to correct an obvious error.

8. Payment

Payment is due according to the terms displayed at checkout.

Available payment methods are determined by the payment processor and platform used for registration.

If a payment plan is offered, the payment schedule and total purchase obligation will be disclosed with the applicable offering.

9. Refunds, Cancellations, Transfers, and Credits

Unless otherwise stated for a specific offering, purchases are non-refundable.

Because live programs, trainings, workshops, consultation programs, experiential offerings, and Mom Parts KAP Labs involve advance planning, limited capacity, facilitator commitments, and/or reservation of a participant’s place, registration fees are non-refundable once registration is completed.

Different transfer or credit options may apply depending on the type of offering.

Small-Group Experiential Programs and Mom Parts KAP Labs

Registration fees are non-refundable.

A participant may transfer their registration one time to a future equivalent offering with at least 72 hours’ advance notice, subject to availability.

No-shows and cancellations made fewer than 72 hours before the offering are not eligible for transfer.

Integrative Journey may make exceptions in its discretion when extenuating circumstances warrant.

Live Trainings and Workshops

Registration fees are non-refundable.

With adequate advance notice, Integrative Journey may allow registration to be transferred to a future equivalent offering or converted to a credit when appropriate.

Multi-Session Consultation and Cohort Programs

Registration fees are non-refundable once registration is completed and the participant’s place is reserved.

If a participant enrolls using a payment plan, withdrawal from the program does not cancel or reduce the participant’s remaining agreed-upon payments.

Integrative Journey may, in its discretion, permit transfers or credits when circumstances warrant.

Digital Products, Recordings, Self-Paced Courses, and Downloads

Purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided, except in the case of a duplicate purchase or an access or technical problem that Integrative Journey is unable to resolve.

Continuing-Education Fees

CE-related fees are non-refundable once purchased, subject to the cancellation and material-rescheduling provisions below.

Cancellation or Material Rescheduling by Integrative Journey

If Integrative Journey cancels an offering, participants may choose either:

a full refund of the amount paid for that offering; or
transfer of the amount paid to another available offering.

If Integrative Journey materially reschedules an offering and the new date does not work for the participant, the same options will be available.

10. Program Changes

Integrative Journey may make reasonable changes to program schedules, facilitators, delivery methods, materials, or content when necessary.

If a program is materially rescheduled or cancelled, registered participants will be notified as reasonably practicable.

Any refund or transfer rights arising from a cancellation or material rescheduling are governed by Section 9 above.

11. Virtual Programs and Technology

Participants are responsible for maintaining adequate internet access, compatible technology, and an appropriate environment for virtual participation.

Integrative Journey cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party technology platforms and is not responsible for outages or failures outside its reasonable control.

12. Confidentiality and Group Participation

Programs involving group participation, consultation, reflection, or experiential work may be subject to separate confidentiality and group agreements.

Participants are expected to protect the privacy of other participants and comply with all confidentiality expectations applicable to the program.

Participants should not disclose identifiable client information except where specifically appropriate for authorized professional consultation and consistent with applicable ethical, legal, and professional obligations.

Because group programs involve independent participants, Integrative Journey cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.

13. Recording

Participants may not audio-record, video-record, photograph, screenshot, screen-record, independently transcribe, reproduce, or distribute program content or another participant’s participation without express authorization.

If Integrative Journey records any portion of a program, participants will be informed of the applicable recording practices.

Separate program materials may impose additional restrictions on recording or reproduction, particularly for experiential, integration, consultation, or group portions of a program.

14. Intellectual Property

Course materials, presentations, workbooks, videos, recordings, graphics, exercises, written content, methodologies, frameworks, and related materials used in connection with Integrative Journey offerings may be owned by Integrative Journey, individual presenters, collaborators, or other applicable rights holders.

Mom Parts KAP is a collaborative educational offering facilitated by Meredith Futernick-Gerak and Jessica Tomich Sorci. Registration and payment for Mom Parts KAP offerings are processed by Integrative Journey Modern Psychotherapy Co.

The involvement of Integrative Journey in registration, payment processing, administration, or delivery of Mom Parts KAP programming does not transfer or imply ownership by Integrative Journey of intellectual property belonging to Jessica Tomich Sorci, the Mom Parts Method, or any other applicable rights holder.

Likewise, participation by a presenter, facilitator, collaborator, or guest faculty member in an Integrative Journey offering does not transfer ownership of that individual’s independently owned intellectual property to Integrative Journey.

Registration or participation in an offering does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to the participant.

Participants receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and use program materials solely for the purposes for which they are provided.

Unless expressly authorized in writing by the applicable rights holder, program materials may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, shared, resold, publicly posted, published, modified for commercial use, incorporated into competing trainings or educational products, or otherwise commercially exploited.

15. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to interact professionally and respectfully and to comply with applicable program agreements, consent requirements, group agreements, confidentiality expectations, and safety requirements.

Integrative Journey may discontinue a participant’s involvement if conduct is unsafe, threatening, disruptive, unlawful, violates confidentiality or intellectual-property rights, or materially interferes with the experience of others.

Discontinuation of participation for conduct reasons does not create a right to a refund except where required by applicable law.

16. No Guarantee of Results

No particular personal, therapeutic, educational, professional, clinical, licensing, certification, continuing-education, financial, or other outcome is guaranteed.

Experiences and outcomes vary among participants.

17. Third-Party Providers and Resources

Programs may involve or reference independent prescribers, healthcare providers, technology platforms, applications, websites, books, resources, or other third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, those parties operate independently, and Integrative Journey is not responsible for their independent medical decisions, services, policies, availability, or conduct.

References or links to third-party resources do not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of every statement, service, policy, or practice of the third party.

18. Privacy and Communications

Information collected through websites, registration, payment, email, and program participation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any separately published Privacy Policy or clinical privacy notice.

Registration-related communications may include receipts, confirmation messages, access information, preparation instructions, safety or participation information, program updates, and other communications reasonably necessary to administer the participant’s purchase or participation.

Marketing communications may be unsubscribed from through the unsubscribe mechanism provided.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Integrative Journey will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in educational programming or use of educational materials.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Any additional assumption-of-risk or release provisions applicable to an experiential program are contained in the program-specific participation agreement.

20. Governing Law

These Terms and purchases governed by them will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically.

The version applicable to a purchase will generally be the version made available at the time of purchase.

Changes made after a completed purchase will not retroactively alter the material financial terms of that purchase except where required by law or agreed by the participant.

22. Severability

If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
